Micronutrients
Purpose: To provide current and future health and sports science professionals with an accessible, user friendly tool to improve knowledge regarding micronutrient intake and increase self-efficacy in teaching others about micronutrients.
After viewing this video, you should be able to identify which food sources have the highest concentrations of specific micronutrients that are often lacking in the diet and explain the connection between micronutrients and important body mechanisms (e.g., Vitamin A for proper vision).
