Water: Pre-Exercise Hydration

 

Purpose: To provide current and future health and sports science professionals with an accessible, easy to use tool to improve knowledge of pre-exercise hydration guidelines.

 

After viewing this video, you should be able to understand which types of beverages and the general amounts that should be consumed for hydrating prior to physical activity.  You should also be able to identify the amount of fluid in common serving sizes of pre-exercise hydration beverages.
